All sales are final, since every piece is made to order just for you. But you're covered in two cases:

Defective, damaged, misprinted, or wrong item: contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and we'll replace it free.

Wrong size: contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll produce a replacement in the right size. Because a brand-new item has to be made from scratch, you'll cover shipping both ways on size exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Our products are made to order, and production times can vary. Production usually takes 2–5 business days for most items. Knitwear (like our Dessalines cardigan) takes longer: 7–12 business days, and 9–16 business days in November–December.

Delivery after production (US): Standard shipping takes 3–4 business days, so most US orders arrive in about 5–9 business days total, and knitwear in about 10–16 business days (12–20 in November–December). Express shipping (1–3 business days after production) is available at checkout. Products may ship separately.

Yes! We ship to most countries around the world. International delivery takes 5–20 business days after production on standard shipping (Printify items: 10–30 business days). A few restricted regions can't be served and will show as unavailable at checkout. Duties and taxes may apply on delivery depending on your country.

Yes, our products are made to order. This means that designs are printed and processed when orders are received, allowing us to offer a wide range of unique designs inspired by Caribbean and Afro cultures.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at klozahnasllc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We'll replace it free — in most cases there's no need to return the damaged item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
