WHAT IS THE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?
All Sales are FINAL.
EXCHANGES will only be accepted:
- If product is defective or damaged upon receipt
- If wrong size or color was shipped
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions about initiating exchanges within 2 days of receiving your package.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
WHAT ARE THE ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINES?
Products may be shipped separately.
Production means designs are actually printed and processed when orders are received.
Production times for each individual item may vary.
Estimated production time for all print-on-demand products varies from 4 – 7 business days.
Domestic - Shipping within the US - may take 7 to 16 business days after Production is fulfilled.
International - Shipping outside of the US - is not available at the moment – Please contact us by email at email@example.com to see if special arrangements are possible.
CAN ORDERS BE CANCELLED?
Once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled or changed.
To minimize production & delivery times and ensure a more efficient process, orders are sent to production automatically – thus leaving little room to fix any errors or to cancel altogether.
